The In The Moment Puzzle Series is a unique collection of reflective brain breaks designed for both students and adults. Each 20-piece puzzle features a visually engaging graphic with a hidden reflective question embedded within the artwork. As solvers complete the puzzle, they reveal a thought-provoking prompt that encourages pause, intentional reflection, and self-awareness—ultimately supporting personal growth and promoting neurofitness.

Each puzzle comes with a a print out, as well as a reflection card that includes more about the theme, extended reflection questions, suggested activities for further reflection, a quote, and a related affirmation, along side a mini reflection notepad. There are 20 puzzles in the entire series.
